Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. You may receive a next day delivery dispatch email as late as 12:30am on the day your delivery is expected
Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! Please note that during the period July to September, some orders may be sent out in multiple parts.
If you are missing part of your order, please check:
- Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
- The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.
- Your PLT parcel packaging, if your order is arriving in multiple parcels then there will be a sticker on the bag to let you know the order has been split.
If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, then please get in touch with our customer services team HERE. Make sure to let them know your order number and which items were missing.
Unfortunately PrettyLittleThing is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by PrettyLittleThing. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Delivery is Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).
UK Nominated Day Delivery costs just £5.99.
Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by the carrier.
We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track Order’ and you’ll be directed to the carrier tracking page.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.
Dependant on the carrier, you might be presented with additional delivery features including specified delivery window slots and follow my parcel GPS tracking, so you'll know exactly when to expect your delivery.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. PrettyLittleThing cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Next Day costs £9.99 and is valid for a 12 month period. Customers need a registered PrettyLittleThing account to subscribe. Offer must be purchased by selecting option at checkout. PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Next Day is only available for delivery to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) and entitles the customer to free Next Day Delivery only. Postcode restrictions apply, see below. Orders must be placed before 22:00 Monday-Friday, before 21:30 on Saturday and 22:00 Sunday to guarantee Next Day delivery. There is no limit on how many times you order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Next Day in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given. PrettyLittleThing reserve the right to accept of refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion.
