Perky Pear never recommends overlapping the tape or using a lot of strips. Recommendation: Cup sizes A-DD can wear strips as advised on the box. 36 DD+ Perky Pear recommends wearing their Original Lift & Shape tape for the most support without needing to layer a lot of tape.
