How to UseStep 1) Fluff, shape or laminate brows using Brow Seal!
Step 2) If blocking brows, after laminating brows with Brow Seal, follow with Brow Block to create a seamless base for concealing the appearance of brows.Step 3) Once dried, apply a full-coverage concealer, such as a Liquid Concealer.
Step 4) Once concealed, set with a powder of your choice. Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you reach desired coverage.
Step 5) Redraw an entirely new brow shape and enjoy brow freedom!
