Revolution Create Define & Fill Brow Brush (R1) – Shape, Fill & Define This double ended brush is designed as an all in one tool. Use the spoole end to brush brows into desired shape. The short, stiff bristles of the definer end are designed to work in two ways: Used with the narrow edge facing upwards, this brush can be used to draw thin hair like strokes to give the look of thicker brows. Used on the flat edge the brush can create sharp edges and fill larger gaps in the brow.
