When will my PLT Beauty Box be sent out to me?

As a PLT Beauty Box subscriber, your first box will be delivered within 2-4 working days of the date you purchased. Subsequent subscription boxes will be delivered 2-4 working days after your payment goes out on the 1st of every month. Please note that the PLT Beauty Box subscription is only available in the UK.

When will I be charged for my PLT Beauty Box subscription?

Your first payment will go out on the day you purchase your chosen subscription. All subsequent payments will go out on the 1st of every month. If the 1st of the month lands on a weekend or bank holiday, it may be charged on the next business day. The renewal payment schedule may change without prior notice, at the discretion of PrettyLittleThing.

What length subscriptions do PrettyLittleThing offer?

We offer a number of subscriptions:

a. Twelve months (“12-month Subscription”)

b. Six months (“6-month Subscription”)

c. Three months (“3-month Subscription”) or

d. One month (“1 month Subscription”)

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription via the My Account page on the PrettyLittleThing Website.
Heads up, if you choose to cancel your PLT Beauty Box subscription before the end of your minimum term you will still be charged for your remaining boxes.

What is the cancellation period?

You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of your order of a subscription and receive a refund. If you do happen to change your mind and decide that you do not want to receive or keep a beauty subscription box, simply notify us by contacting our Customer Service team of your decision to cancel within 14 days after you take receipt of your delivery, and you will receive a refund once the unopened and unused box has been returned and received by PLT.

I have cancelled my subscription within 14 days, but my box has still been dispatched.

If a cancellation has been made within the 14 days cancellation period but a PLT Beauty Box has still been dispatched, then please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a return for a refund.

Can I use any discount when purchasing a subscription?

Beauty subscription boxes will not be included in any sitewide or student discounts unless otherwise stated.

What if my address changes?

You have until the 25th of the month to change your address until for your NEXT beauty box is despatched. You can update your address via the My Account page on the PrettyLittleThing Website.

My box has arrived damaged, how can you help?

If your beauty box or any products within the box has arrived damaged, please send a photo as well as a short sentence detailing the damage. Our Customer Service team will then be in touch to assist you.

My payment has failed, what do I do?

If you have been notified by us or your bank that the payment for your subscription has failed, you can review and update your payment details via the My Account page on the PrettyLittleThing Website. We will make one more attempt to take the payment out again on the 3rd if your first payment has failed. If you need any assistance with this, please contact our customer service team.

What happens if my box is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that your PLT Beauty Box will be out of stock, we will not take payment that month and your subscription will be extended by a month.

How many active subscriptions can I have?

Customers are only able to have two active subscriptions at one time.

Will I be charged delivery for the PLT Beauty Boxes?

You will only be charged delivery for the first order of your beauty box if you have other items in your basket. Other than this you will never be charged for delivery on your PLT Beauty Box subscription.

How much will the monthly PLT Beauty Boxes be worth?

Your beauty box will always be worth a minimum of £40

Can I pause my PLT Beauty Box subscription?

Sorry, you are unable to freeze or pause your PLT Beauty Box subscription.

Opting out of a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription.

Opting out of a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription will only result in completion at the end of the chosen subscription plan, all boxes will continue to dispatch, and payments will be taken up until this point and then the subscription will not renew.

You need to opt-out of auto-renewal by the 25th of the month BEFORE you will receive the last box of your current subscription term. You can opt-out at any point in your subscription up to the date mentioned above, however your subscription will only end once your term has ended, i.e., if you have a 3-month subscription, and opt-out after your second box, your 3rd box will be your last box which in turn completes your 3-month subscription.

If you haven’t opted out when you come to the end of your term you will automatically go onto a 1 month rolling subscription at the same price.
