Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery service costs £5.99 and is valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Your subscription to Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery is subject to these terms and conditions. Customers need a registered Prettylittlething account to subscribe. The service must be purchased by selecting the Royalty Delivery option at checkout. Once purchased Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery is non-refundable. Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery entitles customers to Unlimited Standard Delivery and Unlimited Next Day delivery. There is no limit on how many times you order. Prettylittlething Royalty is available for delivery to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland), postcode restrictions apply if using the Next Day Delivery service, check your eligibility. If your postcode is not eligible for Next Day Delivery, other delivery options are available. Your order will be delivered within the timescales set out at checkout. Timescales for delivery may change so always refer to the timescales set out at checkout. Prettylittlething reserves the right to change the cut off time delivery at our discretion. During busy retail periods (including but not limited to Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) delivery times may take longer. Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of Prettylittlething Royalty Delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given. Prettylittlething reserve the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. Customers will be informed of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected. PLT Royalty month

Terms and conditions relating to “PLT Royalty month”. The promotor of PLT Royalty Month is Prettylittlething.com Limited, of 49/51 Dale Street, Manchester, M1 2HF, (PLT). PLT Royalty Month will run from 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions relating to PLT Royalty.

Cost

For the period of 1 May 2024 – 31 May 2024, the cost of PLT Royalty will be £5.99 in the UK and €9.99 in Ireland for new customers only. The purchase of PLT Royalty will not contribute to the Gross Product Sales (defined below) for Eligible Members (defined below).

Eligibility

PLT Royalty Month is open to individuals in the UK and Ireland only. Only existing members of the PLT Royalty scheme as at 1 May 2024, and any new sign ups between 1 May 2024 and 31 May 2024 will be eligible, the “Eligible Member”. Where an existing membership expires between 1 May 2024 and 31 May 2024, and a new membership is not entered, members will be deemed Eligible members for the period when they have an active membership.

The offer

Eligible Members of the PLT Royalty Scheme as described above, will during the month of May, be eligible for the following offer:

• A credit note or a gift voucher representing 5% of Gross Product Sales, less Gross Product Returns, will be issued to the Eligible Member based on the amount the Eligible Member spent on Gross Product Sales on the Prettylittlething.com UK Limited website between 1 May 2024 and 31 May 2024.
• A credit note or gift voucher will be issued in one lump sum based on the entirety of the spend by the Eligible Member in May 2024, and will be added account balance / issued to the Eligible Member by 7 June 2024. It is entirely PLT’s discretion as to whether it issues a credit note or a gift voucher to the Eligible Member.
• The credit note/ gift voucher will be issued to the email address which the Eligible Member used to signed up to PLT Royalty. The credit note/ gift voucher may not be transferred to any other email address or account.
• No cash alternative will be provided to any Eligible Member.
• For a purchase to be eligible to earn credit, the Gross Product Sales is defined as follows:
• Gross Product Sales are all sales inclusive of VAT made by the individual Eligible Members less any returns from the Eligible Member in relation to any order made between 1 May 2024 and 31 May 2024.
• Returns received during the period of 1 May 2024 – 31 May 2024 will be accounted for when calculating the total credit/ amount on the gift voucher due to the Eligible Member.
• Credit / the voucher must be used within 60 days of the credit/ voucher being issued. PLT reserves the right to extend or reduce the usage period at its discretion.
• PLT reserves the right to reduce any credit issued/ the amount issued on the gift voucher, at any time following the issuing of the credit/ the gift voucher. PLT will automatically cancel a gift voucher and reissue a new one with the updated amount / will remove credit from an Eligible Member account and reissue a new credit amount to the Eligible Member.
