The ultimate combination of neutral makeup and bold makeup, this travel-friendly eyeshadow palette features 9 neutral eye shadows that will add a little spice to your everyday makeup looks. Use a windshield-wiper motion to apply a light matte shade to the eye crease with a fluffy tapered blending brush. Then, using a flat shader brush, apply a rich metallic or shimmery shade onto the lid in a patting motion. Next, create a smoky liner effect by smudging a deep matte shade onto the upper and lower lashline using a small pencil brush.
