How to apply:Swipe on clean brow and create soft strokes to fill along your natural eyebrow shape. Use spoolie brush to evenly blend out formula throughout brow.
1. Comb and set brows in place with spoolie.
2. Add structure to the brow by outlining with Powder Louder.
3. Quickly fill brows by using the side of the pencil tip, blend and soften with the spoolie.
